1 Owing to the 3-day training that I had attended under Macmillan and British council, I learnt how Open communication plays an important role while instructing and educating the children and had been applying it while delivering my English tutorials. Open Communication ensures inclusion whereby each student can participate and share their ideas without any hesitation or fear of judgement.
2. Differential Approach: Instead of using one-size-fits all approach, I provide differentiated instructions to give every student multiple paths to learning. To give one instance,
one of my students of 6th grade was very poor in vocabulary. I Used "Guess meaning from the context" technique. The technique aimed at making him understand the meaning of Lawyer in the following sentence -
RAHUL IS VERY LOYAL HE WILL ALWAYS STAND BY HIS FAMILY AND FRIENDS IN EVERY SITUATION
