I’m a 60-year-old certified fitness instructor of African British Caribbean heritage, with a rich life experience and a deep understanding of what it takes to stay active and healthy at any age. I bring passion and knowledge to my fitness sessions, combining gentle exercises that improve strength, mobility, and balance using everyday items like chairs, stairs, and walls. I love incorporating the rhythms of Soca, R&B, and Calypso to keep the energy fun and uplifting. My goal is to help individuals 60+ feel confident, strong, and vibrant while enjoying every step of their fitness journey!
