About Scott

I have a doctorate degree in Organizational Leadership and instruction. I have been a certified math teacher for 24 years. I am very knowledgeable in math for grades 6 through 12. My success at instructing students came from my poor experiences with bad math teachers when I was growing up. I have learned how to teach to students from different approaches so all students have the ability to engage and understand.

During my 24 years as a math teacher, I have dedicated my time to working with the students that need the most assistance. Those same students showed the biggest growth while I was working with them. I DO NOT teach tricks or shortcuts. I teach conceptual understanding, so you retain what you learn for long-term success.
