I believe in organic way of learning and progressing , hence my process is purely based on individual's needs and focus areas.
consider me someone who is open to learn and adapt different ways their students would suggest to try for their ease of learning. But having said that i equally believe in goal settings and achievements , therefore keeps track of progress being made on timely manner.
My approach for learning involves sharing a lot of real life experiences, story telling , conversations and all that would help boosting self confidence and motivation.

She posses good quality of explaining things in elaborated way. Also she has good sense of patience to deal with learners. Her content delivery is awesome . Interactive session.
I have taken sessions for public speaking from Shweta and i must say that i'm seeing good progress in my self confidence while speaking.
I have a long way to progress and learn , since this is a never ending process but these sessions has definitely helped in giving me right directions and approach.
