About Sarah
I am an ex-competitive swimmer and have experience in teaching swimming for 3 years. I am very experienced in handling young children and beginner swimmers, always ensuring they are comfortable with the lessons and pushing them to their best potential as a swimmer.

About the lesson

For the first few lessons, classes will be more about feeling the water and learning to be in control. Freestyle will be the first stroke that will be taught. We starts of with the legs, training them to become strong and efficient. Then slowly incorporating your hand movements, learning how to paddle. Once you master that, we will proceed with the 3 other strokes - breaststroke, backstroke and butterfly !
