About Bailey

I grew up in this industry performing in all kinds of dance/theatrical showcases or events. I always knew this was my space and the world I was meant to contribute to. Any opportunity to teach is an opportunity to learn. I started teaching at the age of 15 in my home studio. After graduating high school and being accepted into AMDA NY, I packed my bags and said an emotional goodbye to my students. AMDA was an integral part of my training. I learned so much resilience and artistry through my time there. Since graduating, I have been hired as a choreographer, as well as a performer, and am now branching out in the city with my teaching experience. I would love to meet with passionate artists looking to expand their movement, style, and technique/conditioning.

About the lesson

Each lesson I teach is personable and designed for the student specifically. Over the years I have learned that each dancer needs their own balance between technique, new material to digest, and the encouragement to be passionate. I do my best to assess each student for their specific needs and interests to make informed choices in their best interest. I always bring patience and understanding into my space (I create a learning environment, not a judgmental test). The dancer's safety is my number one priority.
