About Christina

Hi! I’m Christina — a current Year 13 student studying Art, Drama, and Sociology A-Level, predicted A*A B. I’d describe myself as a bubbly, creative person who loves helping others feel more confident in their subjects. I also work as a media manager in Sociology, which has deepened my understanding of the subject and helped me see how it connects to the real world. I wasn’t always confident in Sociology — I used to dread it, and my Year 12 mocks were mostly Cs. But over time, I completely changed how I approached the subject. Now? I genuinely enjoy writing essays in my spare time and I’m passionate about making complex topics make sense. That’s why I want to teach AQA A-Level Sociology — because I know how hard it can feel at first, and I want to help students go from feeling stuck to actually enjoying the subject. Hi! I’m currently a Year 13 student offering tailored tutoring sessions for AQA A-Level Sociology students. My approach is fully student-led, meaning every session is built around your needs — whether that’s breaking down tricky topics, reviewing exam questions together, or building confidence in writing high-level answers. I’m here to help you: • Understand content deeply, not just memorise it • Walk through exam questions step by step • Learn techniques to get A* answers with smart, efficient strategies • Gain confidence in tackling even the toughest topics My Progress: At the start of Year 12, I was getting Cs in mock exams. But through refining my revision techniques and developing strong exam skills, I turned that around — by Year 13, I was achieving consistent A*s in mocks and even full marks on some questions. I know what it feels like to struggle and how to push through that to real success — and I want to help you do the same.
