About Agustin

I am an architectural designer at HKS, working on higher-education and civic projects. I hold architecture degrees from the Universidad Católica de Córdoba (Argentina) and the Polytechnic Architecture School of Cartagena (Spain). I have taught architecture in Argentina and at the University of Texas, and have worked in studios in Spain, Italy, Argentina, and now the U.S.

In Argentina I worked at Rovea Sargiotti Arquitectos, focusing on high-end private housing and national and international competitions. Our projects received first prizes and honorable mentions, which gave me direct experience developing clear design concepts and presentations under tight deadlines.

In Italy I worked in a small studio focused on housing and renovation projects, collaborating across all phases before moving to the U.S. to join HKS.

My work has been featured in ArchDaily, Clarín, D Magazine, La Voz, and Perfil, among others. I’ve gone through the global application process myself and have secured interviews with firms such as OMA, Foster + Partners, SOM, Gensler, NBBJ, and Perkins&Will, giving me insight into what makes a portfolio stand out.

Whether in studio, practice, or teaching, I help students refine their portfolios, strengthen their design process, and present their ideas clearly. My approach is straightforward, focusing on what matters, giving honest feedback and moving the work forward with intention.

About the lesson

I help students and young professionals elevate their work through every stage of their architecture career. Whether you are working on your portfolio, preparing job or internship applications, working on university studio projects, or looking for consulting on an architectural proposal, I can help you clarify your ideas and communicate them with impact.

I structure the lessons around your immediate needs: design feedback, software guidance, drawing and visualization strategies, or improving the narrative of your project.

My goal is to work with clear objectives, constructive critique, and visual storytelling that strengthens your concept.
