About Myint San

I have a unique perspective shaped by both professional experience and personal background. I spent part of my life living in a refugee camp, an experience that taught me to deeply understand the value of space, community, and design in ways that go beyond theory. That background has driven my ambition to not only succeed in architecture but also to use design as a tool for creating better lives. Teaching is important to me because I believe education is the foundation for growth and change. I love sharing knowledge, not only to help others succeed academically or professionally, but also to inspire new ways of thinking about design and the world around us. Architecture is more than buildings—it’s about people, spaces, and the lives they shape. My goal as a tutor is to support students in unlocking their creativity, refining their skills, and building confidence. By teaching, I continue to grow myself, while also giving back and helping others create brighter, more meaningful futures through design.

About the lesson

Having been featured in news outlets and on radio podcasts, where I’ve had the chance to discuss design thinking, creative practice, and the evolving role of architecture in shaping our environments.
