About Wamaitha
Hi! I'm Wamaitha, an architecture student with a strong foundation in fine art. I studied Art at A-Level and continue to explore it through my architectural design work. I offer engaging and supportive tutoring for GCSE and A-Level Art students, helping them improve their technical skills, develop personal projects, and build strong portfolios. My lessons are tailored to each student’s style and pace, with a focus on creativity, confidence, and exam success. My teaching approach is creative and student-centred, focusing on building confidence, encouraging artistic exploration, and strengthening technical skills. I tailor each lesson to suit the student's goals whether it's developing a portfolio, understanding art theory, or improving practical techniques like drawing, painting, or mixed media. Typical lessons last 60 minutes and are structured to balance theory with hands-on practice. As an architecture student with an A-Level background in Art, I bring both creative insight and academic rigour to my teaching. My lessons are ideal for GCSE and A-Level Art students aged 14–18 who are preparing for exams or seeking portfolio guidance.
