About SREE

I am a firm believer that any form of martial arts is part of lifestyle. Martial arts teaches one how to be calm in stressful situations, how to be confident in any given adverse situations. Martial arts is present in everyday life. I also believe that no one can really say they have attained all the skills present in martial arts. So come join me lets learn together as I am also a student of the game just like you.

About the lesson

Classes will be for 1 hour per day. First 30 minutes will be spend on cardio and intense exercises. Next 30 will be spend on kickboxing techniques. After successful completion of each technique, new techniques will be added. Each student will be asked to train the already taught techniques by themselves inorder to feed them into their subconscious mind.
