About Emiliano

My name is Emiliano Perullo, I am Argentine, I am 30 years old, and I´ve been living in Chile for 6 months.
I received my degree as a Physical Education teacher in 2017 at the Palomar de Caseros Higher Institute, located in the town of 3 de Febrero, Buenos Aires, Argentina
I am also a Lifeguard received in the Argentine Red Cross, more than 11 years ago.
I have dedicated myself for 6 years of my life to teaching swimming classes at all levels, and along with that I focused on functional training, as a complement to swimming. I have traveled the world for 4 years and functional training was my ally to be able to stay in shape, not only for the day to day, but also as complementary training to surfing, a sport that I have been practicing for more than 5 years.
I decided to offer this space, as a place to share what I know and to try that people can incorporate physical activity as a healthy habit in their lives.

About the lesson

My classes are mainly based on functional training, that is a training where the body is worked in an integral way with multi-joint exercises that are useful for daily life and that allows improving conditional capacities such as flexibility, strength and endurance , as well as coordination skills.
No matter what level you have, you just need to know what you want and based on that and the elements you have at home we plan the training.
