I have known Douglas for over 20 years as a coworker. His art room was always a comforting, supportive and welcoming space for all students including those with different learning needs. While I was the school psychologist and he the art teacher, I knew that students placed within his room would excel and meet their maximum potential. As an artist, his personal work is nothing short of amazing and he would be a valuable asset to any educational setting!
