About Aisha
As an Art Therapy Teacher, I am dedicated to helping individuals of all ages use art as a powerful tool for emotional expression, self-reflection, and mental well-being. In my art therapy lessons, I create a safe and supportive space where individuals can explore their emotions and enhance their well-being through creative expression. With a focus on emotional expression, stress relief, and self-reflection, I offer both online and in-person sessions tailored to meet the unique needs of each participant. For children, I design engaging and interactive activities that foster creativity, build cognitive skills, and promote emotional development. These activities are structured to encourage self-expression, help manage stress, and enhance social and emotional learning. My goal is to provide children with a therapeutic outlet for their thoughts and feelings, while encouraging their growth and creativity. For adults, the sessions are centred around using art as a tool for self-reflection, relaxation, and emotional healing. I guide each participant through personalised activities that allow them to process emotions, reduce stress, and gain deeper insight into themselves. Whether in one-on-one or group settings, my approach ensures that participants feel supported, empowered, and equipped to manage their mental well-being.
