About Agnes

I am a committed and hardworking Flute Tutor with 8 years of experience in teaching high school and college students. In this short time, I have taught more than 300 students and helped them build strong musical foundations and confidence. Music teaching is not just my work, it is my passion. In my flute classes, I focus on breathing techniques, finger strength, rhythm accuracy, tone development, and musical expression. I teach step by step in a calm and clear way so that students feel relaxed while learning. One of my most meaningful achievements has been seeing my students perform confidently on stage during school programmes and cultural events. Many students have also cleared music exams with good scores. Their success inspires me to keep improving as a teacher. I always create a supportive and positive learning environment. I encourage students to stay patient, focused, and confident. My mission is to help every student enjoy flute learning and carry their musical skills with pride.

About the lesson

My flute teaching methodology is built on communication, accountability, and integrity. I guide students from learning basic concepts to confident performance. Each lesson starts with proper breathing, posture, and finger practice. Then students apply these skills through scales and simple tunes. This helps them clearly understand how techniques work in real music. Communication helps students feel comfortable and clear about every topic. I explain slowly and patiently, and I always invite questions. Accountability is developed through daily practice plans and weekly reviews. Students learn to take responsibility for their growth. Integrity is the base of my teaching. I give honest feedback, respect student effort, and keep a positive learning space. Along with flute, I also teach music theory basics, rhythm counting, note reading, ear training, and basic performance skills. These subjects help students become confident and balanced musicians. My aim is to help students grow step by step with discipline, confidence, and a true love for flute music.
