Long and varied work history in 28 different countries working with development assistance aid programs funded by Australia and other funding agencies. My experience ranges through project development and management, human resource management and development, small enterprise development and management and technical writing.

Long experience in identifying needs and adapting methods to suit the client.Able to conduct face to face or remote individual or group sessions with understanding and patience using long experience in working with clients of different cultures.
