About Michelle
For me, it was love at first class. Yoga quickly became my favorite reason to get out of bed, and in recent years it has gone from complementary workout to something deeply personal—changing the way I arrive on the mat completely. Our practice is designed around your intention, whether it is to move better, grow stronger or feel more confident — we will get you there together! Mat time begins with body scan and breathwork. Moving into dynamic joint drills, flowing into 3-5 asana sequences, before ending with deep stretching, and finally 'The Best Pose of All': Shavasana.
