About Kari
I am someone who grew up hating mathematics and anything that didn't involve having fun outside in the lovely sunshine, but have since discovered a love for mathematics and all learning and wish to share this love with everyone who has not yet discovered this love for learning themselves. Learning involves more than simply learning the fundamental laws of calculus. Learning can happen through the basic conversations we have with each other as human beings. Learning happens all around us, we simply need to know how to open our eyes to see it and be willing to let it change us.

I want to teach/tutor because I have discovered a love for helping others find their desire to learn. I can't guarantee that my methodology would be different to what you already know, but I hope that whatever I do will help improve your understanding and make you more knowledgeable on life itself, not just the practicing subject area. You can expect me putting everything into answering any questions you have, but admitting when I honestly don't know. I like to think I know a lot, but I can honestly tell you that I am still learning myself and will continue to learn for the remainder of my life. I am proficient in three languages, German, Afrikaans, and English, so whichever language of these three you prefer, I would be happy to teach in. My lessons would most likely be more effective for students with lower understanding, but I can always try to better the understanding of those who have high levels of understanding. I will leave the judging of usefulness of my lessons to you.
