I firstly like to become more comfortable with my students, for example i would like to know what excites them in the learning experience and what demotivated them, this helps outline my aspects and how to approach a mutual teaching and learning experience.
There after I'll question what is the students weakness and strength and why they think so this allows to gain more insight..
We then go through a few of what they require from me and I will then draw up a plan of what I can do in assisting the student and how we should schedule it.
