About Nick
I am a higher education professional with over 17 years of experience in career services, academic advising, and coaching, dedicated to helping students and early-career professionals successfully navigate the transition from education to the workforce. My background includes serving as a college coach, academic advisor, and student-athlete support professional, where I worked closely with individuals to develop the skills, confidence, and direction needed to succeed both academically and professionally.
Currently, as an Assistant Director of Career Services, I focus on career readiness, helping individuals translate their experiences into compelling resumes, strong interview performance, and clear career pathways. I have extensive experience working with diverse student populations, including student-athletes, and understand how to effectively position transferable skills for competitive opportunities.
My approach is strategic, practical, and results-driven. I specialize in resume and LinkedIn development, interview preparation, job and internship search strategies, and professional communication.
