About Simran
Hi! My name is Simran, but I also go by Simi. I am currently still a student, so I understand how daunting classes and assignments can be especially when you're feeling stuck. Not only that, but pursuing a career in the medical field also relies heavily on having a pretty decent control on English, whether it is verbally or written. Having had done immense amounts of papers (creative and research), I understand the crippling pressure of having evidence and proper citations. I am here to help relieve some of that pressure. Trust me, it might not seem like it, but we can get through this and have some fun at the same time. I focus on creating a supportive and engaging learning environment where students feel confident, motivated, and understood. I've tutored kids in my neighborhood before and even followed some of the same kids from elementary school all the way to college. I've seen them grow and I want to help and see you grow.

I create my lesson plans based off of my students. I want them to succeed and the best way to do that is to create a method that works best for them because at the end of the day the main goal is to develop skills and help them retain and learn the information. Through my own experiences as a student, I have found that there are different ways of learning and different techniques to create focus. I love using visuals and making fun ways to learn whether that's through games, rhymes, or puzzles. I've taught all grades from elementary to college and welcome to help all.
