About Ray
I am a calisthenics athlete for 4 years .. with knowledge of different disciplines such as yoga, acroyoga, acroduo, hand balance and physical preparation in general. I have knowledge in nutrition, musculation, various methods of training and meditation. The student will be ready to train without weights in an effective and optimal way.

According to the needs of the client we apply a particular training method, nutritional advice and physical preparation classes. In case you want to master a particular skill we create a plan focused on this goal. the ideal is to give 3 classes a week where each class consists of two hours the structure of a normal class is divided into: warm-up training of the agreed physical objective (here the advice and advice are included) stretching theoretical explanations of the training methods doing emphasis on the agreed objective. the objective of the classes in teaching the student the correct technique and the most up-to-date theory of physical preparation in general, and teaching him how to train without the need for extra weights through body control.
