I attended Pratt Institute, have several students, both adults and kids, I have won several awards and have been drawing for about eight years. I had a tutor help me with my portfolio, so I know exactly what schools are looking for and how to create and frame your portfolio.

I either pick out or let the student pick out something they'd like to draw, and walk the students through the fundamentals of what they're drawing. I observe what the student is doing and if there are any mistakes, I will point them out and explain how to make it look the way they want it to look. The classes are for people who are beginners all the way to people who already know how to draw and are looking for a fresh perspective.
