About Vaidehi

I am a dedicated, NZ-registered teacher with strong experience in science and primary relief teaching, known for creating calm, inclusive classrooms and supporting diverse learners with empathy, adaptability, and passion. • I encourage rich mathematical talk, inviting students to explain strategies, justify reasoning, and compare different solution paths, building confidence and clarity.
• I integrate digital tools such as interactive apps, simulations, and practice platforms to enhance engagement and provide immediate feedback.
• I use differentiation to meet diverse learning needs by offering:
• enriched tasks for advanced learners,
• scaffolded worksheets for support,
• visual aids for ESOL students,
• hands-on tasks for kinaesthetic learners.
• I connect mathematical concepts to real-life situations, helping students see maths in measurement, shopping, buildings, nature, and everyday decisions.
