About Ana Paula
Hello! I'm Ana Paula, but in the breaking world I'm known as bgirl Olympia. I'm 22 years old and besides being a bgirl, I'm an audio and music production engineer, so I'm really excited to be able to relate my knowledge to my dance!
Breaking and Hip Hop have changed my life and have given me many good things, what I'm looking for is to share them and be able to see this culture grow, especially with girls and women.

Breaking is culture, then art, and then sport; it is a dance that involves many aspects of everyday life. My vision is to be able to share with girls and boys everything that breaking has taught me so far, plus it's great for physical and mental well-being.
Content includes:
- Theory: context of Hip Hop and the evolution of breaking
- basic knowledge of anatomy, especially joints and positions in order to avoid injuries.
