About Jubsia
Hello! I am originally from Bamenda in the Northwest Region, but I reside in Buea, Cameroon. I am a passionate home cook with many years of experience.
I cook on command for friends and customers around Buea who love my food and always order again. I specialize in authentic Cameroonian dishes from both Northwest and Southwest Eru, Okohbong, Ndole, Achu soup, Fufu Corn, Kati Kati, Garden egg stew and Fish pepper soup.
I am patient, understanding, clean and I teach in a very simple way so even beginners in USA, Europe or anywhere can follow and get the real taste. I will guide you step by step to make your kitchen bring Cameroon home.

Hello future students! I am originally from Bamenda but I reside in Buea, Cameroon.
I teach authentic Cameroonian dishes from both Northwest and Southwest: Eru with waterleaf and cow skin, Okohbong with bitter leaf, Ndole, Achu soup, Garden egg stew, Fish pepper soup, Kati Kati, and Fufu Corn.
My lessons are online via Zoom or WhatsApp video. Before class I send you a simple ingredients list that you can find anywhere in the world. During our 1 hour class we cook together step by step. I show you the real method from Bamenda and Buea, how to wash Eru, how to manage bitter taste, how to get the right thickness for Fufu Corn and the perfect taste for Kati Kati. No stress, for beginners and advanced. You will cook and taste during class. Book your first lesson and bring Cameroon to your kitchen!
