About Siyona
Yoga has been part of my life for over a decade. What began as a discipline slowly became a journey of understanding myself—especially through the challenges that tested my body and patience. From competitive practice and national-level participation to teaching, I now help others find that same connection. I’m TTC certified in Hatha & Ashtanga, with experience in personalized guidance, corrections, strength and flexibility.

My journey with yoga began years ago, long before I began teaching it. With over 10 years of experience in competitive yoga, including national-level participation, and training in both Hatha and Ashtanga Yoga, I have learned that yoga is not only about perfecting an asana- it is about understanding your body, your breath and yourself. As a teacher, I bring patience, individual attention and a strong focus on alignment, helping each student progress at their own pace.
I have worked with over two shalas and 3 high schools in my city..
I have had over 200 clients..
