I am an engineering student who has four years of published writing for my universities newspaper. In addition I am an active blog site manager, and author of 4 books. I tutored writing on my campus, editing peers papers and helping them raise their grade scores.

My teaching methodology is learn by practice. Students in my classes perform exercises to brainstorm what essay topic they are passionate about writing about. After we pick a practice essay I have each student write a full length essay based on the time restrictions of the ACT, or word restriction a college may provide. I will grade the submitted essay, and make suggestive edits. Then we will repeat the process.
