Thomas not only teaches 'how', but 'why' an art work should be painted. He explains the basic techniques and how colours should be used in a painting in a learner friendly way. I enjoy learning from him. He is a great mentor for both beginners and experienced artists. He is a talented artist, too.

My son is 9 y/old, He takes classes with him every week, and he loves every minute of it. He has learned so much in such a short time and can't wait for his next session. I had a wonderful couple of painting lessons using oil paints with Thomas. He was incredibly patient and encouraging, and his ability to explain different techniques used in the painting we were recreating (Monet!) and scaffold my mixing of different colours was amazing. As someone who has had no prior experience painting, I felt very supported and thoroughly enjoyed the whole process.
