About Jon
I'm a British native English language teacher with over 30 years' experience teaching and training learners in this fine language. I know what it's like to learn a new language, as I lived and worked in Spain for 19 years - that means I have empathy and understanding of those who may find learning English a challenge! My speciality is Business English, but I can adapt to whatever needs you have in terms of content. What do I like most about this job? Meeting people like you! There's nothing quite like the insights about the culture of another country, as well as the multi-national relationships you build as time passes. Included in my classes are all materials and whatever else I need to do outside of class time to help you move forward with your English. I really enjoy cooking, I read a lot about history and politics, and I think I'm a pretty personable and friendly person, while being a total professional at all times! So, that's me.
