About Jon-Luc
I have been a professional screenwriter for the past six years, working in advertising, animation, audio drama and short films. I've provided feedback and writing advice, primarily for prose writing, for the last two years.
I have a BA in the motion picture medium from AFDA university, specializing in screenwriting and animation.

It is important that I focus on core structural elements of what students are writing.
- Do they understand theme?
- How do their characters represent that theme?
- How do situations best bring out the various arguments around that theme?
Once the student's writing is focused intensely on the theme of their work they can then begin to expand to other subjects of writing.
