In my lessons I combine practical cooking skills with easy-to-understand nutrition guidance. As an Ayurveda-trained dietitian, I help you cook plant-based meals that are tasty, balanced and good for your digestion and energy.
A typical lesson starts with a short check-in about your goals (health, weight, confidence in the kitchen), followed by step-by-step cooking where you learn techniques, not just recipes: how to use spices, build a balanced plate, and adapt dishes to your daily life.
What sets me apart is that I teach intuitive, flexible cooking – you learn to improvise with what you have at home instead of relying on strict recipes. My lessons are ideal for beginners to intermediate home cooks, busy professionals, and anyone who wants to eat more vegetarian or vegan without spending hours in the kitchen or spending a lot of money on special ingredients.
