About Rebecca
Passionate teacher, yoga instructor and therapist, Rebecca has been practicing within various fields of expression and healing around the world over the past 10 years. During this time, she has been working as a Yoga and Meditation teacher, Ayurvedic Wellness Consultant, led Women's Expressive Art Therapy Circles and Occupational Therapy sessions with children and adults.
Rebecca is inspired to hold space for all to learn the powerful practices of the East and assist them in growing self-care practices through yoga, ayurveda and expression. She driven to build a worldwide community through providing supportive environments for all to come together to create and heal.

Are you looking for a safe, 100% natural way to find health again?
Ayurvedic treatments work to bring a state of balance inside and outside of our bodies using holistic interventions and combines the use of natural therapies, yoga, herbs, diet, exercise, and lifestyle. Through sessions with Rebecca, you can learn how to easily care for your body, those around you and the environment.
Duration: 60-90 minutes/ session.
Available for: All levels of ability. Ages 15+
Qualifications: Ayurvedic Wellness Consultant (300h); Accredited Yoga Instructor with Yoga Alliance (300h); BSc Occupational Therapist; PDC Counselling
