About Taylah

Hello! My name is Taylah, and I’m currently pursuing a Bachelor of Education at university. I’m passionate about helping students reach their full potential by providing clear, supportive, and engaging tutoring. With my strong academic background and hands-on experience working with students of varying levels, I’m committed to making each lesson an enriching experience. I specialize in English, Math, Trigonometry, Environmental Sciences, and Logic, and I work with students of all levels, from primary school through to secondary school. About the lesson

As a current Bachelor of Education student, my approach to tutoring is student-centered and flexible, focusing on catering to the individual learning styles and needs of each student. I use a variety of teaching techniques to make learning both engaging and effective. For English, I emphasize critical thinking, reading comprehension, and writing skills by incorporating interactive discussions, targeted exercises, and structured feedback. For Maths, Trigonometry, and Logic, I break down complex concepts into manageable steps and use visual aids and practical examples to help students grasp abstract ideas more easily.

I employ a hands-on approach with plenty of practice problems and real-world applications to ensure that students not only understand the material but can apply it confidently. I believe in building strong foundational knowledge first, ensuring that students feel empowered before moving on to more advanced topics. I also incorporate technology, such as educational apps or interactive resources, to reinforce learning and make the sessions more engaging.

Typically, each lesson lasts 30-60 minutes, which allows for a focused session without overwhelming the student. I strive for a balance between direct instruction and independent practice, and I ensure that there is ample opportunity for students to ask questions and clarify doubts.
