About Kareem
"Grade exam prep, scales, arpeggios, and double stops form the technical bedrock of my violin instruction. I hold a Bachelor of Music in Vocal Studies from the Royal College of Music, though my pedagogical experience spans 13 years of violin instruction.
My focus centres on intonation, orchestral playing, rhythm, timing, and theoretical depth for students at various stages. I work with 345 students to refine their posture and bowing mechanics until their playing becomes second nature. These foundational elements remain at the core of my teaching philosophy."

"Precision creates confidence. I provide 8.0 out of 10 level quality reference notes on bowing and posture after each session. Having spent 13 years in the field, I understand how to break down complex double stops into manageable components for ABRSM or Trinity candidates. Focus on the fundamental mechanics allows for greater musical expression during your performance.
Small adjustments often yield the largest gains in your tone quality. Do you have a specific piece that you are currently preparing for your next grade exam?"
