About Zachary

I am a fun and energetic teacher who loves to help students work and achieve what they desire to. I'm a working musician and music tutor. I've studied a Bachelor of Jazz Performance (Honors) at the James Morrison Academy of Music and the University of Adelaide's Elder Conservatorium. I've been playing music for over 12 years, beginning on the Saxophone. I'm extremely passionate about music and the positive impact it has on people. I'm super excited to connect with so many amazing people to create and teach music.

About the lesson

I like to make lessons as fun as I possibly can while learning what needs to be learnt. When relevant (for example, for students in a band), we can work through your assigned work - focusing specifically on areas you have questions about or are struggling with. I am also able to provide many more exercises and pieces of music from other sources to develop your skills. I can also create sheet music based on existing music that you would like to play. I am also here to support you with your learning journey in any way possible. I'm here to help achieve your goals (whatever they may be) and help you reap the benefits of learning music (such as improved mental health, decrease in stress, increased brain development).
