About Lorenzo
I like to define myself as a music "nerd" with a love for social interaction. After graduating in Audio Engineering I spent my nights live engineering in gigs, but during the day I was making music with friends and privately teaching 1st year students, from there I started teaching friends that wanted to give voice of the music in their head and some or they didn't even know how to play a single instrument. Some wanted to make their beats sound professional, some wanted to understand and how to deal with technology and how this can serve their music talent. Here an overview of the core subjects: -How to compose complex music without music theory knowledge. -How to properly use a DAW, general user interface plus tips and tricks. -Mixing Principles, from basic to advanced. -Mastering, everything about loudness, stereo image, frequency spectrum balance and referencing. -How to distribute your music without a label, streaming platform and royalties.

My teaching method is constructed to serve accurately the student goals. I have a general road map for every subject but the sequence, theme and material of the course is tailor made. Every student has different areas of focus and various amount of time to spend in private lessons, flexibility is key. That is precisely the advantage in the journey with a private tutor against a regular school.
