About Eicha
My good name is Eicha. I'm from the Philippines. I want to teach because I truly love the English language, from its history to its creative potential. I enjoy the challenge of teaching. I love working one on one because I can fully customize the learning path for each student. I want to teach because I like to transform a student who is frustrated and falling behind into one who is confident and excited to tackle the next challenge. Building a strong foundation, guidance, and personal growth.

* I use a technique called ''scaffolding'' combined with the 'I Do, We Do, You Do.' I'll first model a concept (I do), we'll practice a few samples together (We Do), and then you'll try it on your own with my guidance (You Do). We break down complex concepts into small, manageable steps. * I structure my classes using a predictable flow to maximize learning efficiency and student comfort. * Private tutoring 60 minutes. This is the most standard duration. * High school/college tutoring 90 minutes. Often used for deep dives, mock tests. * Young/children 30/45 minutes. Shortened lessons align with a shorter attention span, maximizing focus and retention. * I've taught an online group class of 11 students, helped to raise their test scores by an average of 15%. * Also 3 years of private tutoring.
