I prioritize student-centered learning, tailoring lessons to individual strengths, interests, and learning styles. I adapt my lesson plans based on what works best for each student - whether that's discussion-based, lecture-style, or game-based learning. A typical lesson plan consists of a check-in to assess prior knowledge, a warm-up activity, question, discussion, etc., followed by customized instruction using various formats (visual aids, interactive exercises, or real-world applications). Then we apply this learning with hands-on practice through problem-solving, experiments, or discussion. Finally, we end off with Review & Reflection, or a short recap to solidify understanding, along with strategies for independent study.
