About Isabelle
I am an undergraduate student at Monash University undertaking a Bachelor of Primary and Secondary Special and Inclusive Education. I was a high achiever throughout secondary school, achieving a 97.35 ATAR. I have experience planning many lessons and holding these lessons with students and peers.
I am passionate about helping students to learn, gain knowledge and skills, and support them through their education, particularly in a system that lacks consideration for diverse needs.
I value inclusive education and desire to effectively teach all students regardless of ability or background and create positive and helpful learning experiences during their education to properly support them moving forward.
I understand that learning in school can be challenging, disengaging and difficult but I hope to provide the support my students need to achieve their goals, setting appropriate expectations at whatever level my students are at. I want to help you discover how you can achieve your goals and find that learning is fun!

I am well-versed in planning lessons and effectively delivering content that is engaging and helpful. Lessons would be planned to appropriately take the student step-by-step towards their goals and aims in their subject learning. Learning would involve tutor-directed and student-supported activities.
Typical length of a lesson: 45 mins - 1.5 hours
Year level of lessons:
- Foundation to Year 10 for Numeracy and Literacy
- Foundation to Year 12 VCE for Indonesian
Lessons can include, depending on student's needs:
- Thorough but clear instruction on content,
- Answering any questions regarding the subject, classwork or homework,
- Going through worked examples
- Games and activities to help lessons stick
- Supported practice in writing, reading, speaking, etc.
- Practicing necessary Indonesian skills such as speaking, writing, reading (specific to Indonesian)
- Going through past exams, orals and practice tests (specific to Indonesian)
- Open for discussion to including anything else
