About Uzma
I am an Associate Lecturer and British Council Women in STEMM Scholar at ARU Chelmsford and Innovation Ambassador with over five years of experience in Tutoring, project management, innovation facilitation, and technical support. My background combines strong academic training in Electrical and Electronics Engineering with hands-on involvement in impactful initiatives across education, technology, and entrepreneurship. I bring a unique blend of leadership, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills, having led innovation exhibitions, supported intellectual property initiatives, and contributed to gender-inclusive STEMM projects. I thrive in collaborative environments where ideas are transformed into real-world impact and am passionate about leveraging technology to create meaningful change. Currently pursuing my MSc in Electrical and Electronics Engineering at Anglia Ruskin University, I am eager to contribute to high-performance teams while continuously developing my technical and leadership capabilities.
