About Kahina
I am a flute tutor with 7 years of teaching experience, having successfully taught over 150 students of all levels. My lessons focus on combining technical mastery with creative expression. I help students develop essential skills such as breath control, tone, finger dexterity, and rhythm, while encouraging improvisation and musical interpretation.
Every lesson is tailored to the student’s learning style and goals, ensuring steady progress in a motivating and enjoyable environment. I also provide instruction in sight-reading, music theory, and ensemble participation to give students a complete musical foundation. My goal is to nurture confident, expressive, and passionate flautists.

I teach flute with a methodology that combines flexibility, collaboration, and positivity. Recognising that each student learns differently, I tailor lessons to their learning style, pace, and goals. This ensures learning is engaging, effective, and enjoyable.
Flexibility allows me to adapt exercises, repertoire, and practice routines according to each student’s progress and musical preferences. Collaboration is integral: students participate in duets, ensemble practice, and group exercises to develop confidence, timing, and expressive skill. Positivity guides every lesson, fostering a supportive environment where students feel encouraged to experiment, overcome challenges, and celebrate achievements.
Alongside flute instruction, I include music theory, sight-reading, rhythm exercises, and ear training. This comprehensive approach develops both technical mastery and artistic expression, helping students grow into confident, skilled, and passionate musicians.
