About Angel
First of all, I have been in the culinary industry since 2015 , I have started my small catering business when I was in High school and then to have professional profile in the industry, I went study abroad to singapore and take Diploma in Culinary Arts (graduated since 2017). After that, I worked as full time in position Cost control and Purchasing Kitchen at one of the convention center in my own city (Medan, Indonesia), learning and controlling at the company by yourself, make me eager to open my own business and learn more deeper in this professional culinary industry. So I started my Bachelor degree in Culinary Management at William Angliss Institute ( Melbourne) to learn in proper professional management and budgeting and gain an experience in Australia.
