About Daniel
I've given 1-to-1 lessons throughout as a student at Middlesex University, and I've done group workshop sessions with students in their first and second years when I was a Student Learning Assistant during my third year there. I've had a bunch of students who I've previously done these lessons and sessions with give me positive feedback, and most of them have since graduated with firsts in their degrees.
Before the start of lockdown in March 2020, I was playing jazz gigs regularly, as well as occasionally playing function gigs. From them, I have gained a lot of experience performing live in front of an audience, and I may be able to help those who are struggling with that aspect of playing music.

I am passionate about both music and teaching and aim to create individual teaching plans that allow each student to reach their individual goals.
Teaching plans will take into consideration:
- The skill level of students (if not a beginner);
- Any skill area the student may wish to focus on;
- What the student is looking to ultimately achieve by the end of our time together;
- The kind of music the student is interested in performing (I feel this is important in learning a new instrument in order to encourage enthusiasm);
