About Chef Mark Charles
I have been cooking professionally for over 20 years, teaching private students and being a freelance chef and also working in Hotels in the Mediterranean. I have travelled Italy and cooked Italian cuisine all my life, learning tips and techniques from some of the countries best cooks. I have designed this course to cover all the staple classics of Italian food and you will not find a more thorough and packed course anywhere else covering so many recipes and techniques in such a short space of time.
