Sentiment I live by and my perspective on it...

"A leader is only as good as her/his followers"

-A great teacher can only be defined by their students, a teacher should set an example, treat students with respect and compassion and not demand respect by bestowing fear through supremacy. Only then will a teacher earn respect and have students that are loyal, devoted and willing. By this students will follow, learn eagerly and ultimately transform into leaders themselves.

I am teacher by heart, spent over 10years of teaching for the government and private schools, where I had to observe unjustifiable actions of depriving students of their true potential and capabilities by unrealistic grading and falsified performance reports. Not having enough trust in their own teachings and their students capabilities to pass assessments by handing them memorandums to their question papers

If a teacher ever does this, their actually telling you that they believe you are incompetent and to stupid to succeed, never accept this, never allow a teacher to undermine your intelligence.

Only respect a teacher that has faith in you, that pushes you to your limits even if you feel set for failure. If the teacher stays with you step by step untill you prevail and acknowledge your success, even if your best is only 34% then that should be admirable, then you will know that the teacher believes in you and that you should trust and believe in yourself because you are capable and you can achieve by doing hard work and giving it all you can because only the best than you can give will always be enough.

"Do everything first 100%, or leave it entirely"

- Do not start something halve heartedness, because you will only end up redoing it and waist time, and for what if you could have done it properly the first time.

This platform gives me the opportunity of freedom that allows me to teach without limitation or restriction that doesnt dictates and orders false pretenses of assessment to look good on paper for a 100% passing rate without any remorse that deprives the students awareness of their own capabilities and the options parents would have had to intervene too help where their children lacks that could have prevented so much suffering, school drop out and early depression of these students, not to mention absolutely taking away a teacher's purpose and integrity.

I believe in hard work, acknowledgement -give credit when credit is due-, trust, respect, believe and faith.

I trust in my capabilities, I believe in my students, I respect their limitations (not everyone can be good at everything especially for example Math) and I have complete faith that after each lesson my students will master their challenges.

Hard work should be rewarded, so after each lesson I require a report back from my students of their progression and if my lesson was beneficial to their success or if we need to revisit the challenge.

Who knows, if all goes well there might be a reward at the end....

YOU determine what I teach and how I teach.

SEND A DESCRIPTION of the challenges that you are facing, include the following: Grade, Subject, Topic, Example and explain what you do not understand.

I will then plan a whole lesson based on that, using different methods like demonstration, role play, active and practical participation etc. to ensure complete comprehensive understanding and application.

Do not fear if you don't succeed at first, my students success is my aspiration therefore giving up is NO OPTION, I am impelled to garentee your achievement even if it means 1 or 2 more lessons absolutely free.

I am adequate to ‍teach ALL SCHOOL SUBJECTS, ALL GRADES are welcome to inquire as well as ANY AGE group.

I SPECIALIZE in ENGLISH, MATHEMATICS and SCIENCE.

No problem or challenge is "impossible", you must always remember that "I'm-possible"...

You can and will conquer ️all, together we can only move forward, by moving forward embeds self-confidence and the will for achievement and that is a recipe for success.
