-I am using pilates, yoga and funtional movement techniques for my classes, you can choose just one of them for your need or we can mix and you all of them to suit your needs.
-Each classes 50min.
-I have 10 years of teaching experience and dozens of international trainings.
my main field is theoretical and applied studies on motion anatomy and anatomical sensitivities.
-I am also a head teacher in yoga and pilates instructor trainings.
