So, basically my teaching methods includes where I motivate and push my clients in all aspects of leading a positive fitness lifestyle, which includes motivating them mentally and physically and making them realise, all of us including you and me we deserve better!!

I am a student, currently in Kl, did my schooling and all from Doha, Qatar.
I also have trained as an athlete and have helped people to get to their goals by pushing them in every way, mentally and physically.
