About Jillian
Hi! My name is Jillian. I am a 22 year old honors graduate from University of California San Diego who has been playing volleyball for eight years now. Having spent the past two years coaching at Coast Volleyball Club, and a season as the Novice head coach at Canyon Crest Academy, I have learned the skills needed to help you improve your volleyball game. I have experienced tryouts from a players position, to a coaches. As a player, I understand the pressure and anxiety tryouts can cause, but as a coach, I know what teams are looking for and the kind of skills needed to make a club or high school team.

Hi! My lessons are always player focused, mentally and physically. I prioritize my lessons based on each student individually and what each student wants to improve upon. Whether that be hitting, serving, passing etc. Through the use of memorable and easily replicable drills, I make sure the student leaves with the knowledge and techniques to practice correctly on their own. My passion for volleyball comes from a love of playing and I want all my students to be able to experience that joy. :))
