About Punit
I am a personal trainer focused on helping complete beginners who struggle with stiffness, low mobility, or lack of confidence in starting their fitness journey.
I understand that starting fitness can feel overwhelming, especially if your body feels tight, weak, or prone to discomfort. That is why my approach is simple, safe, and step-by-step. I prioritize correct movement, posture improvement, and gradual strength building so you can train without fear of injury.
My training style focuses on mobility, flexibility, and functional strength to help you move better in daily life, not just during workouts. I believe fitness should feel sustainable and supportive, not extreme or exhausting.
I work best with people who:
- Have never trained before
- Feel stiff or have low flexibility
- Want to build strength safely
- Prefer guidance, structure, and accountability
My goal is to help you go from feeling restricted and unsure to moving freely, gaining strength, and feeling confident in your body.

My classes are specially designed for complete beginners who feel stiff, have low mobility, or are afraid of starting fitness due to pain or lack of experience.
We begin with a simple assessment to understand your posture, flexibility, and current movement limitations. Based on that, I create a personalized plan focused on improving mobility, reducing stiffness, and gradually building strength.
Each session includes gentle warm-up, mobility drills, basic strength exercises, and guided corrections to ensure safe and effective movement. I focus on proper form and controlled progress so you can train without fear of injury.
These classes are ideal for people who:
- Have never worked out before
- Feel tight, stiff, or low on flexibility
- Want to start fitness safely at home
- Are recovering from inactivity
You don’t need any prior experience. I will guide you step by step and help you build confidence in your body.
